The horse will be trained by Alan Bailey at his Newmarket Stables.
Alan Bailey trained in Cheshire until January 2007, when he returned to racing headquarters at Newmarket. He has been successfully training for many years and has
trained numerous high class winners. He is the master of placing horses in races commensurate with their abilities, whether it is a low class two year old race to
a listed or group race. He has won the Chester cup twice as well as being represented in the 1000 and 2000 Guineas.
Alan and his staff are always available to talk to his owners and answer any questions and give their opinions on your horse. Many new owners purchase shares without
seeing the horses at work. We do however encourage prospective owners to come and meet us, Alan Bailey, and his staff, and of course see the horses.
Training Facilities
|
Alan Baileys works from Cavendish Stables which are situated in Hamilton Road, Newmarket.
|
|
Cavendish Stables currently has the facilities to train up to 50 horses at these premises.
|
There are numerous gallops facing to the rear of the stables. These include polytrack, fibresand and turf gallops. Alan employs several work jockeys and the horses
go out in groups of 5 every hour from 7.30am. The horses all have a weekly schedule dependent upon when they are due to race again.
The work includes trotting, cantering and galloping, and the varying types of work are designed to ensure the horse is race ready when it's the day of the race.

Alan also has a 4 acre paddock where the horses sometimes can be seen playing and running free.
